Reply paulo December 25, 2015 It works amazingly well and easy. I HOPE I NEVER HAVE TO RETURN, BUT IF I DO NEED HELP THIS IS WHERE I WILL COME. Then I clicked on "check for error" (click both automatic & fix the error)… then restart my computer & wait until it finished… After that I taken out the harddisk & Access denied Error message, see Microsoft Knowledgebase Article 309531.
