Lesson learned, BACK IT UP OR RISK IT ALL! By running the restore in safe mode that should automaticly turn the anti virus off . This will wipe your Windows 10 system and restore it to factory-default settings. Can't System Restore Windows 7 If your requirement is to go back to an earlier "state" then the above are not solutions.

Now, I wonder if system restore itself conflicts with the Backup creation service... Since then I've never needed anti-virus, System Restore or any such thing and I've never had a blue screen of death or a black screen of death or any other screen Either way, System Restore isn’t going to fix your problem.
