Just as we suspected, it was a NIC driver issue and our KBE works fine. Dell/KACE is not providing me the correct 64-bit KBE NIC drivers for their own products on their website. When all was said and done, what worked was having ONLY the KBE A02 and A06 64-bit driver packs on the \\kbox\drivers\kbe_windows_x64 directory.
