I closed every cmd window then tried to reproduce it and the problem disappeared. What made mine more confusing was when I tried the net use on another W7 machine, it worked. I still think it must have something to do with it.

Computer2: I install hp 1320 driver in LPT2. I don't know how to let dos know that I don't want to use the old printer, but now want to use the new printer.
