IOS 9.3.2 FINALLY all is back to normal. The phone apparently needs at least 1 song stored on it, or it confuses the car system. It would end a track and then have an error. THANKYOUTHANKYOUTHANKYOUTHANKYOUTHANKYOUTHANKYOUTH ANKYOU!!!!!!!
Hopefully an update soon. This morning on my drive to work with the previous iOS, there were no issues. I then restarted both and re-paired.
